CAN I PAY USING MY CREDIT OT DEBIT CARD?

Yes absolutely. Our online payment portals are Payfast and Peach Payments. Either of these option can be selected in order to use your cards to make an online purchase.

CAN I PAY VIA EFT? AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Yes. At checkout select EFT as your payment option. Once you place your order you will receive an order number and you will receive an email with the exact steps to pay as well as the banking details to make the EFT. Once you have made the payment please send the POP to info@lullu.co.za once we receive your POP we will move your order from hold to processing. You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed, this emails acts as confirmation that your POP has been received. Please note that for EFT payment options we will first wait until the payment reflects before delivery proceeds.

I'D LIKE TO SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT, CAN YOU DO GIFTWRAPPING?

We don't offer wrapping but our orders are gift ready and should you wish you can add a hand written note. All of our pieces are packaged in a beautiful protective velvet jewellery bag placed in branded tissue paper in a sealed and secure travel box. If you would like to add a hand written note, please leave your message in the delivery instructions and we will add the note to your box.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY LULLU PRODUCTS?

We do our best to get your pearl jewellery to you as quickly as possible. Main cities will take between 3 to 5 business days where as regional locations can take 5 to 7 business days depending on how often the courier visits your area. Should you need express delivery, chat to one of our consultants via our chat box to see if we can assist you. Express delivery may come at an additional fee. *We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the items have left us and are in the possession of the courier service. HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY LULLU ORDER?

Once your order is out for delivery you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use this information to track the delivery progress of your parcel.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?

Lullu offers free shipping to all South African orders. Therefore you only pay for your jewellery, there is no shipping fee for any delivery within South Africa.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PIECES?

We will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please reach out to our online consultants or email info@lullu.co.za with your request. Please note that chains are not customizable. Custom orders will come at an additional fee and are not returnable.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON LULLU.CO.ZA

Placing an order online is simple and safe. Once you have found the item you are interested click on "Add to Basket" to add it to your shopping basket. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

HOW TO I KNOW PURCHASING FROM LULLU IS SAFE?

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Lullu is an online only store we do not have a physical store and for security reasons we do not disclose our studio location. Should you need more information on any of our products please don't hesitate to reach out to one of our consultants to assist you.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes of course. If unworn and in it's original state, all goods can be returned to us within 7 days. Pieces need to be returned (at your own cost, unfortunately) in the original packaging. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LULLU PEARL JEWLLERY?

ARE MY LULLU PEARLS WATERPROOF?

It is not recommended. Although our 925 sterling silver is almost pure silver and is therefore likely to have a lesser reaction to water, if the jewellery is left in water for too long the metal can begin to oxidize and tarnish. When it comes to any water that is treated with a chlorine, your sterling silver will be at a higher risk of colour damage. The silver will react to the chlorine leading to damage and major cleaning may be required. For this reason we recommend keeping your jewellery in a dry, secure location before getting wet.
